Sandwich molding method

The skin layer and core layer of the molded product are formed using two types of materials via the same sprue.

Traditionally, molded products that were monochromatic can now be enhanced with the potential for expression and a sense of luxury through variations of two or more colors and patterns. By utilizing the same molds that were previously used, different designs such as two-color marbles, sandwiches, tortoiseshell, flowers, and stripes can be expressed through injection control, nozzle structure, and molding conditions. Additionally, it is also possible to accommodate special applications such as multilayer molding with different materials.

Counterpressure method

This is a shrinkage prevention molding method for thick molded products that allows for a wide range of thickness settings.

"In general molding methods..." - When the wall thickness exceeds 4mm, deformation such as sink marks and warping occurs. - By adding foaming agents to the resin, sink marks can be prevented, but bubbles appear on the surface, creating swirl patterns and roughening the appearance. "With the counter-pressure method!" - A smooth surface of the molded product can be obtained, and due to excellent mold reproducibility, texture processing is also possible.
